CARE

Simple care will help ensure the condition of your precious ANTONIA DIAMONDS jewellery is preserved:

• Handle your jewellery with care and avoid high impact activities when wearing it.
• Refrain from wearing your jewelry in chlorinated pools, hot tubs, and limit contact with fragrances and cosmetics.
• Remove your jewellery when using soap, detergents, or corrosive products that could permanently damage precious stones or metals.
• Regularly examine your jewellery, checking for loose clasps, stones, and settings.
• Clean your jewellery regularly using a cleaner specifically designed for the metal and stones it contains.
• When storing your jewellery, store each piece individually in the box it arrived in. Chains should be stored flat with the clasp closed to avoid knots.

 

REPAIRS

If required, our repair services will allow your jewellery to be maintained throughout its lifetime. Our jewellery has a six month warranty addressing damage resulting from manufacturing defects. For a breakage occurring due to regular wear and tear, a repair fee will apply, the exact cost of which will be determined upon assessment.

It's essential to note that over time, all metals may tarnish. This natural process can be accelerated when jewellery comes into contact when using soap, detergents, corrosive products, perfume, or skin creams. Please be aware that our warranty does not cover tarnishing. Repairs or alterations not conducted by our team will nullify the voluntary warranty.
